Full Job Description
Our exclusive clubhouse in Pall Mall is looking for an experienced Chef de Partie to maintain and supervise the smooth running of the section within the kitchen, offering a wide variety of cooking including sandwiches, afternoon tea, brasserie, events and fine dining.,
- Flexible to work in any section of the kitchen
- Have a passion for cooking and possess the desire to deliver exceptional service
- Responsible for providing instructions to the Demi and Commis Chefs to complete daily tasks
- Follow the law in respect of food hygiene, health and safety, the club food policy
Level 2 food hygiene - Completed levels 1 and 2 of either city and guilds or NVQ, or working towards completion
- Minimum two years as Chef De Partie in a 5 Star or similar establishment
- High standards of cooking ability
- Ability to listen and follow instructions
- Good communication skills
- Attention to detail
