Full Job Description
Are you passionate about delivering outstanding care and ensuring services meet the highest standards? We're looking for a Care Monitoring Officer to help us uphold exceptional levels of quality, compliance, and client satisfaction. As a vital member of our Quality & Compliance team, you'll play a key role in monitoring service delivery, responding to concerns and complaints, supporting our front-line staff, and helping ensure we meet all regulatory and internal standards. What You'll Do
- Monitor and ensure compliance with CQC, Local Authority, ICB and BSI standards.
- Allocate and track compliance tasks including audits, appraisals, supervisions, reviews, and assessments.
- Respond to complaints efficiently, guiding the resolution process from start to finish.
- Support inspections and audits by maintaining clear, well-organized records.
- Conduct quality checks on care plans and provide constructive feedback.
- Prepare clear and concise weekly and monthly reports on compliance performance.
- Collect and analyse feedback from service users through regular monitoring visits.

- Maintain confidentiality at all times.
- Contribute to safeguarding procedures and incident investigations.
- Support health & safety practices and participate in audits and inspections.
- Promote equality, dignity, and respect in everything you do.
Previous experience in a similar compliance, quality, or monitoring role (preferably within domiciliary or home care). - Strong understanding of CQC regulations and care standards.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A methodical and organised approach with keen attention to detail.
- The ability to work with care teams, senior leaders, and external bodies.
- Strong report writing and data collection skills.
