Full Job Description

Are you passionate about delivering outstanding care and ensuring services meet the highest standards? We're looking for a Care Monitoring Officer to help us uphold exceptional levels of quality, compliance, and client satisfaction. As a vital member of our Quality & Compliance team, you'll play a key role in monitoring service delivery, responding to concerns and complaints, supporting our front-line staff, and helping ensure we meet all regulatory and internal standards. What You'll Do

  • Monitor and ensure compliance with CQC, Local Authority, ICB and BSI standards.
  • Allocate and track compliance tasks including audits, appraisals, supervisions, reviews, and assessments.
  • Respond to complaints efficiently, guiding the resolution process from start to finish.
  • Support inspections and audits by maintaining clear, well-organized records.
  • Conduct quality checks on care plans and provide constructive feedback.
  • Prepare clear and concise weekly and monthly reports on compliance performance.
  • Collect and analyse feedback from service users through regular monitoring visits.
  • Drive continuous improvement by identifying root causes of complaints and highlighting best practices., We offer full access to mandatory training, ongoing development opportunities, and regular 1:1s to support your career growth.
  • Additional Responsibilities
  • Maintain confidentiality at all times.
  • Contribute to safeguarding procedures and incident investigations.
  • Support health & safety practices and participate in audits and inspections.
  • Promote equality, dignity, and respect in everything you do.

    Previous experience in a similar compliance, quality, or monitoring role (preferably within domiciliary or home care).
  • Strong understanding of CQC regulations and care standards.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A methodical and organised approach with keen attention to detail.
  • The ability to work with care teams, senior leaders, and external bodies.
  • Strong report writing and data collection skills.
