Full Job Description

  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
  • Assist the Locality Manager with staff management, working hours, and budgets.
  • Take an active leadership approach, setting high standards for the team.
  • Support team development and liaise with the in-house recruiter for recruitment.
  • Ensure care services comply with legal obligations and company policies.
  • Manage staff teams effectively, including rota management and performance
  • reviews.
  • Drive initiatives for long-term operational excellence.
  • Provide care on a 1-2-1 basis, cover shi?s during leave or unexpected absence.
  • Have good knowledge of our intranet system.
  • Work 37.5 hours per week with on-call responsibilities on a rota basis.

    The successful applicants will need to demonstrate that they have experience of supporting
  • people with additional needs, at Team Leader level or above. This is an ideal opportunity for aTeam Leader looking to progress within their career into a senior Management position. Theideal candidate will hold a NVQ Level 3 or above or willing to work towards.As a Care Co-ordinator you will be extremely motivated and an excellent communicator, youwill know how to successfully lead a team and ensure they are always proactive in their roles., If you're compassionate, empathetic, and engaging, you're the right fit!   • Salary: £24,258 paWe offer a competitive salary with 28 days of Annual Leave for full-time staff (pro-rata forpart-time). Successful applicants will undergo a full DBS check and provide two writtenreferences.
