The role involves delivering high standards of personal care and supporting the care team to ensure continuity of services to residents. Key responsibilities include assisting residents with personal hygiene care, recognizing clinical risks, acting courteously towards residents and their visitors, and practicing safe systems of work. No experience is necessary as we offer a comprehensive induction and training program. We value caring, supportive, honest, respectful, and accountable attitudes.
