care team to ensure continuity of services to residents. Experience is not required as we are proud to offer a thorough induction and training programme to ensure confidence within your role., We are looking for a compassionate and dedicated individual to join our team as a Care Assistant - Nights at Rosebery Manor Care Home in Epsom. The role involves delivering high standards of personal care and supporting the care team to ensure continuity of services to residents. Key responsibilities include assisting residents with personal hygiene care, recognizing clinical risks, acting courteously towards residents and their visitors, and practicing safe systems of work. No experience is necessary as we offer a comprehensive induction and training program. We value caring, supportive, honest, respectful, and accountable attitudes.
