Monarch Healthcare is recruiting for a Care Assistant (Days) to join our team at Poplars Nursing and Residential Home, DE13.

At Poplars, we offer care and nursing support to older adults and individuals living with dementia. Our purpose-built home provides bright, spacious accommodation designed to enhance the quality of life for our residents. If you are passionate about making a difference in people's lives, we would love to hear from you., As a Care Assistant, you'll play a vital role in residents' daily lives by:
Providing person-centred care tailored to individual needs
Supporting with daily living activities such as personal care, meals, and mobility
Promoting independence, dignity, and wellbeing
Working as part of a supportive and dedicated team

Genuine interest in providing high-quality care
Compassionate and empathetic nature
Ability to work effectively as part of a team

Rate of Pay: In line with national minimum wage
Hours: 39 hours per week
Schedule: The rota includes weekends and bank holidays
Shift Times: 07:30 to 21:30 - including 1 hour unpaid break.
Location: Rolleston Road, Burton-on-Trent DE13 0JT (Please consider travel times, including on weekends, before applying)
