• £13.50 per hour
• Double time on bank holidays
• 30p mileage between clients
• 12-16 hours to start (more as the rota grows)

Your Availability We're looking for people who can work:
• 7am-2pm shifts
• Alternate weekends (essential for this role)
• Some flexibility to support client continuity
How You'll Make a Difference Our clients rely on us for stability, respect, and genuine human connection. Your visits may include:
• Companionship and meaningful conversation
• Personal care (washing, dressing, bathing)
• Light household tasks
• Medication prompts
• Meal preparation
• Attending appointments or shopping, Our clients live across Castleford, Pontefract, Selby, and Goole and surrounding villages.
We are upfront about travel so there are no surprises later. This role is not restricted to one neighbourhood, and some days involve driving between villages. • A driver with access to your own car, Valid UK Driving Licence
• Own vehicle with appropriate insurance for business use
• Right to work in the UK
• Enhanced DBS clearance (or willingness to obtain)
• Satisfactory references from previous employers or character referees, Health and Safety awareness or basic training
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
• Physical fitness and mobility to support personal care tasks
• Willingness to undertake City & Guilds-accredited dementia training and ongoing professional development
• Reliable transport and punctuality record
