Cardiographer

You will work across four sites, Glenfield hospital, Leicester Royal Infirmary, Leicester General Hospital and Hinckley community diagnostic center.,

• To undertake a range of routine, basic cardiac physiological measurement tests on both adult and paediatric patients.
• To adhere to departmental policies and procedures, ensuring a quality service is maintained to patients, general practitioners and clinicians
• Following departmental training and assessment, perform the procedures/investigations listed below on a routine basis, ensuring repeatable, accurate electrode placement: -
• Electrocardiography (ECG)
• Ambulatory Monitoring (ECG)
• Assist new or less experienced staff in carrying out the procedures above by providing advice and demonstrating the procedure when necessary.
