Full Job Description
- Supporting and driving Car Sales department performance
- Assisting Sales Executives with deal structure and closing sales
- Maximising finance, warranty and additional product penetration
- Maintaining FCA compliance and deal file standards
- Supporting daily showroom operations and customer experience
- Working closely with the Sales Manager and senior management team
- Driving profitability, KPI performance and retailer targets
Previous main dealer Automotive Sales experience essential - Experience as a Sales Controller, Transaction Manager or Senior Sales Executive highly desirable
- Strong finance and lender knowledge
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Target-driven and highly organised individual
- Ability to work in a fast-paced dealership environment
- Full UK Driving Licence
