Southwark CAMHS are seeking to recruit a CAMHS Practitioner with strong clinical skills. This is a fixed-term 0.85 WTE post available for 12 months based within the Southwark CAMHS Neurodevelopmental Service. Within the Neurodevelopmental Service, you will work alongside the Clinical Service Lead as well as other colleagues, to support the team and ensure the delivery of high quality, evidence-based assessment and treatments. You will be responsible for your own clinical caseload and you will be involved in assessments (including diagnostic assessments for ADHD), care planning, and offering interventions for children and adolescents with neurodevelopmental disorders, with support from the multi-disciplinary team., Southwark CAMHS - CAMHS Practitioner (Fixed-Term, 0.85 WTE, 12 Months)Southwark CAMHS is seeking to appoint a CAMHS Practitioner with strong clinical skills to join our Neurodevelopmental Service. This is a fixed-term position (0.85 WTE) for a duration of 12 months.As part of the Neurodevelopmental Service, you will work collaboratively with the Clinical Service Lead and other team members to support service delivery and ensure high-quality, evidence-based assessments and interventions. You will manage your own clinical caseload and contribute to assessments--including diagnostic assessments for ADHD--care planning, and therapeutic interventions for children and adolescents with neurodevelopmental disorders, supported by a multidisciplinary team.We offer ongoing training and development opportunities across a range of therapeutic modalities, alongside clinical supervision and leadership development.We welcome applications from candidates who meet the following criteria
o have an accredited professional training in nursing, social work, occupational therapy, or art therapy., o have experience of delivering mental health services to children and young people with neurodevelopmental disability in diverse community settings.
