Full Job Description

Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced and motivated Cafxe9 Manager to oversee our bustling cafe. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the food and beverage industry, with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service. As the Cafxe9 Manager, you will be responsible for managing daily operations, supervising staff, ensuring food safety standards are met, and maintaining a positive and welcoming atmosphere for our guests. Duties: - Oversee all aspects of cafe operations, including food preparation, customer service, and inventory management - Train and supervise cafe staff, providing guidance and support as needed - Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations and maintain a clean and organized work environment - Develop and implement strategies to increase customer satisfaction and drive sales - Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts for supplies and equipment - Create employee schedules, monitor labor costs, and optimize
staffing levels to meet business needs - Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a professional and timely manner - Collaborate with the kitchen team to develop new menu items and ensure consistent quality of food production - Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in order to continuously improve cafe operations Qualifications: - Previous experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry is required - Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team - Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment - Bartending or culinary experience is a plus - Experience in hotel or restaurant management is preferred We offer competitive compensation based on experience.
