Join our dedicated team at CAFCASS as a Qualified Social Worker (FCA) in Stevenage, where you will play a pivotal role in supporting children and families. This position offers a competitive rate of £37 per hour with a requirement for monthly office attendance. You will be responsible for conducting assessments, developing robust care plans, and ensuring the welfare of children in accordance with statutory requirements. Your key responsibilities will include:

• Conducting thorough assessments and evaluations of children and families.
• Developing and implementing care plans that prioritize the best interests of the child.
• Collaborating with multi-agency teams to provide holistic support.
• Maintaining accurate and up-to-date case records and documentation.
• Providing expert advice and guidance to families and stakeholders.
  
  Recognized Qualified Social Worker status (CQSW, DipSW, or equivalent).
• Registered with Social Work England.
• Strong knowledge of child protection legislation and social work practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proven ability to work effectively in a team and manage a caseload.
