Full Job Description
Your role will be varied and there is always lots to do. You'll be responsible for managing the Estate's primary email account, responding to visitor enquiries in a timely manner and coordinating and analysing all visitor feedback to continuously improve our visitor's experience. You'll manage all lost property and order and control the Estate Office stationery and uniform requirements. You'll also provide broad administrative support to the General Manager and Property Leadership Team, arranging meetings and taking the record of decisions. Following your induction and with additional training and support, you'll be one of our nominated Duty Managers, allocated on a rota basis, responsible for the overall smooth operation of the Estate. You'll have additional training to enable you to support our Visitor Welcome Team and provide resilience at peak times.
We're looking for a Business Services Co-ordinator to join our busy Visitor Operations Team. We can provide the training, but you'll need to bring a 'can-do' and proactive attitude and work well as part of a team, whilst being able to work independently on your own initiative., We'd love to hear from you if you're:
- experienced in giving business support, along with responsibility for facilities or office supervision
- good at communicating, both in writing and speaking
- able to work as part of a team, but also on your own initiative
- flexible and focused on people
- happy to multi-task and manage your own priorities and workload

This is a fixed term contract due to end when the postholder returns to the role. At this point we cannot confirm exactly how long this contract will last, but it is unlikely to be more than 12 months, starting in June 2026. The role is full-time and will include weekends (approx. one weekend a month) and bank holidays on a rota basis.
