Full Job Description

As a Business Insights Manager, you are confident in articulating business needs and comfortable challenging both internal and external senior stakeholders. You would thrive on the opportunity to enhance the data and insights capabilities within the function on a global scale. Your remit would be to lead the development and implementation of strategic insights to drive business decisions.

You're not the type to shy away from challenges or lack interest in pushing boundaries. This role isn't for someone who prefers to stay within their comfort zone. In this role, you will be tasked with providing pragmatic solutions and driving opportunities for growth and development by collaborating with various business functions and external partners.

To excel in this role, you'll need to have the confidence to articulate business needs and effectively engage with stakeholders at all levels. Working with a small of experts in insights, market research, and analytics, you will be responsible for delivering best practices and standards for market and consumer insights across EMEA.

As our next Business Insights Manager, you will be leading the charge in driving strategic decision-making through insights and analytics. You will have a deep understanding of how data informs business decisions and will focus on continuously improving our understanding of the market, brands, and competition. This role is instrumental in ensuring that accurate and accessible information is available to drive business decisions effectively.

  • Strong commercial and practical sensibility


  • Extensive experience in Syndicated Analytics directly working with vendors such as Nielsen / Circana / Kantar / Europanel


  • Experience in big data, analytics, data harmonisation and utilising data visualization (e.g. PowerBI)


  • Strong understanding and experience with different research methodologies, set-up, questionnaire design, analysis, and storytelling (both qual and quant) across all marketing 4Ps
