Business Development Executive required in Runcorn - £30,000 Per Year Plus Commission & Bonus!
Exchange People are looking for a confident Business Development Executive to help us grow our client base. If you enjoy outbound calling, building relationships, and creating opportunities from scratch, we'd love to hear from you.
Working within our office in Runcorn, you'll be joining a family business who've been supporting candidates and clients in the North-West and Glasgow since 1997.
What you'll be doing:
- Making outbound calls to industrial businesses to introduce Exchange People
- Building a prospect list and developing new opportunities
- Attending client & prospect meetings to develop relationships and take orders
- Keeping accurate notes and updates in our CRM
Previous telesales / outbound B2B sales experience
- A confident, professional manner
- Strong organisation and follow-up skills
- Experience building a database from scratch, especially when developing a new geographic area, would be an advantage but not essential
- Due to the requirement to visit clients, you'll also need to be able to drive
This is a full-time, permanent role, working 37.5 hours per week at our modern office in the Heath Business Park, Runcorn.
The salary for the role is £30,000, with the opprtunity to earn commission & bonus!
