Full Job Description
- Lead surveying and contract administration across projects
- Undertake building surveys, feasibility studies, and provide technical advice
- Prepare and review specifications, tender documentation, and contracts (JCT)
- Manage defects, variations, and project communications
- Mentor junior staff and support knowledge sharing
Experience in Building Surveying, including refurbishment or social housing - Contract Administration experience with JCT contracts
- Strong technical knowledge of construction and refurbishment works
- Excellent communication, project management, and leadership skills
