Beauty Guide

As a Beauty Guide, you'll be involved in creating the ultimate cosmetic shopping experience for our customers though personalised appointments, shop floor demonstrations and events.

You'll help customers to discover the very best products from across our Beauty Hall, providing inspirational and impartial beauty and skincare advice. You'll also be creating social media content to showcase our latest trends and offers.

In addition to your contractual pay, any time worked between 22:00 - 06:00 will attract Night Premium at a rate of £4.25 per hour. This will also apply to existing Partners who have enrolled onto Enhanced Hours Premium arrangements., Working as part of a team, you'll be facilitating appointments with customers and hosting beauty talk events to larger groups.
