• Ensuring the highest levels of Food and Health & Safety are always maintained, The ideal candidate will possess good beverage knowledge in addition to outstanding customer service. Cocktail aptitude and interest is a must and good knowledge of wine would be beneficial. Nonetheless, all the team will be trained.

£12.71 per hour PLUS Service Charge
