Barback - MHG - London

We are seeking a dedicated and efficient Barback to join our team within a small restaurant and bar group in London. This role is crucial in supporting our bartenders and ensuring smooth, high-quality service in our vibrant bar environment.,

• Assist bartenders with restocking spirits, beers, wines, and other beverages.
• Prepare and replenish garnishes, ice, and glassware.
• Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including cleaning spills and washing glassware.
• Change kegs and ensure all equipment is in good working order.
• Support overall bar operations to ensure a seamless guest experience.
• Assist with general cellar duties and stock rotation.

• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Physical stamina, including the ability to lift and carry heavy items.

• Previous experience in a similar role is a plus, but not essential as full training will be provided.
