The ideal candidate will have a strong background in bar operations, excellent leadership skills, and a passion for delivering great customer experiences in a fast-paced environment.,

• Proven experience leading a bar team in a busy venue or events environment
• Strong communication and people management skills
• Ability to train, motivate, and inspire the team
• Great attention to detail and commitment to high standards of service
