Full Job Description
We are looking for bank staff to join our friendly and supportive team.
You will have flexible availability to cover both planned and short term absences.
Weekday sessions Monday-Friday 7.45am-3.30pm (flexibility available with session times)
The post holder will contribute to high quality, patient-centred services by taking and preparing blood samples for collection laboratory testing., Undertake venepuncture to provide a timely, safe service and a high quality patient experience:
Collection of sample(s) in accordance with training and procedures.
Ensuring samples are stored in appropriate containers, with accurate, legible, labelling and in accordance with standard operating procedures.
Maintain high standards of infection prevention and control
Previous experience of venepuncture is essential.
