As a key member of the directorate leadership team, you will work in partnership with clinical, operational, people and financial colleagues to drive performance, uphold professional standards, and improve patient outcomes. You will champion equality, diversity, and inclusion, creating an environment where staff feel supported to innovate and thrive. Applicants should have significant senior nursing leadership experience within acute services, with renal and/or urology experience desirable. • To lead nursing teams alongside nurse consultants across nephrology, urology, renal and dialysis services across sites.
• In collaboration with directorate colleagues ensure delivery of quality, safety, operational and financial objectives of the directorate contributing to overall divisional and health unit performance.
• To ensure delivery of clinical and quality strategies for high quality patient centred care
• Lead quality improvement, workforce development and professional standards
• To work collaboratively across all sites with directorate and divisional teams and senior nursing colleagues to promote and enhance both patient and staff experience.
• Contribute to divisional and Trust-wide strategy as a senior nursing leader.
