Full Job Description
We are seeking a skilled and experienced project or programme manager to join the redevelopment team at West Hertfordshire NHS Trust, working on the Combined Watford Scheme (CWS).
The CWS is a high-profile programme to deliver a new Watford General Hospital (WGH), potentially alongside a new Mount Vernon Cancer Centre (MVCC), subject to the outcome of public consultation.
It is a joint programme being delivered by WHTH and UCLH, therefore requiring a collaborative and joined-up PMO function to manage delivery.
This PMO role will join at an exciting time in the programme to establish and embed a structured and proactive PMO approach and culture within the CWS., This role will be expected to work across several functional areas, required to deliver a broad and high functioning programme management office (PMO), as described within the job description. These areas include:o Programme Management and PMO deliveryo Governance and Reportingo Financial Management o Team Development and Management
