Full Job Description
- To look after labour, day to day maintenance of the building fabric and surrounding buildings.
- To monitor and manage the sickness and annual leave of the team.
- Work on their own initiative to undertake maintenance, repairs, minor improvements and capital work across the trust.
- Efficiently manage resources including: Labour, materials and stock and to laisse with external contractors in order to identify, source and order replacement parts for breakdowns
- To take part in the estate departments on-call duties to ensure out of hours emergencies are attended to.
