Pay Scale: Support Staff Scale, Grade E, Points 11 - 16.
Salary: Actual salary for this post is £24,205 - 26,248 TTO per annum, currently £28,142 - £30,518 full-time equivalent

Contract: Permanent, Term Time Only
Hours: 36 Hours per week

We are seeking a proactive, organised, and approachable individual to join our dedicated team, supporting the effective delivery of attendance, safeguarding, and pastoral administration across the school. This varied role will play a key part in ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of attendance systems, safeguarding processes, and student support functions, while also assisting in wider administrative duties.
Working closely with the Attendance & Safeguarding Lead, the post-holder will support key operational aspects of attendance and punctuality, maintain accurate records using school systems such as SIMS and CPOMS, and support safeguarding and pastoral processes in line with statutory requirements. The role also includes liaising with staff, parents/carers, and external agencies, as well as contributing to student welfare, behaviour processes, and general school administration.
