Associate Software Engineer

A practical exercise designed to assess how you think and how you build. You are encouraged to use AI tools - we want to see how you use them. We will tell you exactly what to expect in advance. Stage 3 - Team Interview A conversation with your future manager and a member of the engineering team. We will go deeper on your technical thinking, how you approach problems, and how you work with others. We'll also explore how you'll positively contribute towards our culture and values. • A foundation in software engineering - a degree, bootcamp, or self-taught background. We care about what you can do, not how you learned it
• Proficiency in at least one programming language, ideally Java.
• Genuine curiosity about AI and how it is changing what engineering looks like. You can showcase examples of experimenting and integrating AI into how you work.

At Matillion, we are committed to providing compensation in line with market standards based on the role, job family, job level and country. This role's estimated annual salaried pay range for this position is £32,240 - £48,360. The final salary will be based on your relevant skills, experience, and qualifications demonstrated in the hiring process.
