Associate (3-5 PQE) - Corporate Transactions and Advisory

The Associate position will work within the Corporate Transactions and Advisory team. The successful candidate will work on a wide range of UK and cross border corporate finance transactions. The practice covers a broad spread of areas including equity capital markets, general corporate, public and private M&A and joint ventures.

The successful candidate will be committed to developing their career within corporate law and will be able to demonstrate their passion for and experience in this area.,

• The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years PQE gained within a leading corporate practice at a reputable law firm.
• Excellent organisational and prioritising skills, in order to meet the demands of challenging and commercial internal and external clients, as well as dealing with competing priorities.
• Excellent written and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively with people at all levels, both internally and with clients.
