Assistant Store Manager

As Assistant Store Manager of our flagship on Oxford Street, you'll be at the heart of one of the most exciting retail environments in the UK. You'll support the Store Manager in driving performance, shaping the customer experience, and leading a large, dynamic team., Ideal for candidates currently working as: Store Management especially those ready for a bigger stage. You'll be responsible for:

• Delivering a world class customer experience that sets the benchmark for the entire estate
• Leading, inspiring, and developing a high performing team
• Owning key operational and commercial responsibilities
• Acting as Store Manager when required, confidently stepping into full leadership
• Driving innovation, service excellence, and continuous improvement
• Representing the store during senior leadership visits and brand partner walk throughs
