At Little Parndon, we have many minds but one mission: to shape futures through education. Our vision is to empower students through equity, to acquire, demonstrate, articulate and value knowledge and skills to shape their future. To go on to participate in and contribute to the global world and practise the core values of the school: Respect, Resilience and Responsibility. About the Trust BMAT is a thriving community of schools, committed to providing an outstanding education for every student attending one of our schools. We create environments where individuals matter, confidence flourishes, and every child can achieve exceptional outcomes. We currently oversee seven secondary academies and five primary academies, primarily located in Harlow, with additional sites in Newham and Stansted. How would you make sure it remains robust and visible across the school, while also improving behaviour, attendance and outcomes? Can you talk us through a time when you've had to juggle the day-to-day realities of safeguarding with leading longer-term improvements? 2. Using Data to Make a Difference Tell us about a time when you spotted a concern for a particular group of pupils through behaviour, attendance or progress information. What did you do next, how did you bring staff on board, and what difference did it make in the end? 3. Leading and Supporting Staff You would be line managing pastoral and SEND colleagues and helping to create a consistent behaviour culture. How do you build trust and high expectations within a team? What would you do if standards weren't where you needed them to be?
