Assistant Headteacher - Behaviour, Attitudes and Culture Salary: L3 to L7 £54,394 to £60,145 depending on experience and qualifications Permanent Full-Time Term Time Only Location: Wilden View School, Torton, Kidderminster Hours:40 Make a lasting impact on school culture and student success Wilden View School is seeking an inspiring and resilient Assistant Headteacher - Behaviour, Attitudes and Culture to join our senior leadership team. This is a pivotal role at the heart of our school, leading the development of a positive, inclusive and aspirational culture where every student can thrive. You will champion high standards of behaviour, drive personal development, and ensure all pupils experience a safe, structured and enriching school life. About the role Working closely with the Headteacher, you will:
- Lead the strategic direction for behaviour, attitudes and school culture
- Create a culture of success, with high expectations for all students
- Oversee the implementation and impact of behaviour systems and policies
- Analyse behaviour and pastoral data to inform improvement strategies
- Lead and develop the pastoral team
- Drive PSHE and personal development across the school
- Support high levels of engagement, attendance and inclusion
- Model excellent teaching through a timetabled teaching commitment You will also play a key role in whole-school leadership, contributing to strategic planning, staff development and continued school improvement. About you We're looking for a dynamic leader who:
- Has successful leadership experience in a school setting
- Brings strong pastoral expertise and a passion for student development
- Can inspire staff and students to achieve the very best outcomes
- Has experience working with SEND learners (desirable)
