Assistant Finance Manager - Management Accounts

We are seeking a motivated and ambitious Assistant Finance Manager to join our Management Accounts team. This is an excellent opportunity for a part-qualified accountant or experienced finance professional looking to progress within a large and dynamic acute NHS Trust. We encourage you to embrace these values throughout the recruitment process and in your role with us.Main duties of the job This role offers the chance to develop strong business partnering skills, gain exposure to senior stakeholders and contribute to financial sustainability and service improvement across the Trust. To provide accurate and timely financial reporting, forecasting and planning. To meet regularly with budget holders to provide advice on all aspects of financial control. The postholder will be required to organise personal workloads to meet all relevant financial timetables in the delivery of the financial reporting/management remit as set by the Senior Finance Manager. The post holder is required to work a significant proportion of their time (more than 80%) using computer applications. The computer applications used include the software packages Excel, Word, Oracle, Business Intelligence, Power BI and our Trust payroll system ESR
