Assistant Chef - Bradmores Coffee - Brookmans Park

As an Assistant Chef, you will play a crucial role in the kitchen, supporting the Head Chef in preparing and delivering delicious food items that delight our community. Must be open to working 5 days a week with the possibility of an occasional weekend once up to speed.,

• Assist the Head Chef with daily food preparation, cooking, and plating of various menu items.
• Ensure all food is prepared to the highest standards of quality and presentation.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and hygienic kitchen environment in accordance with food safety regulations.
• Manage kitchen inventory, including stock rotation, ordering, and receiving deliveries.
• Support in menu development and contribute new ideas for food offerings.
• Collaborate effectively with the front-of-house team to ensure smooth service.

  Proven experience as an Assistant Chef, Commis Chef, or similar role in a kitchen environment.
