Working as part of a collaborative team, you will help ensure smooth day-to-day operations while consistently meeting quality, efficiency, and output targets. Job Requirements Follow TE Connectivity's documented departmental standards, fundamental rules, and company procedures to ensure safe and compliant working practice. Assemble connector components to defined quality standards, minimising defects and rework. Maintain excellent housekeeping standards to support a safe, organised, and efficient work environment. Achieve required cycle times as defined in process routings, contributing to departmental efficiency targets.
