Excellence We strive to do the best we can do and be the be, As an ARRS Pharmacist at Operose Health, you will work closely with clinicians to enhance patient care and make cost-effective prescribing decisions. Daily tasks involve running telephone triage clinics, calling patients for necessary assessments, and reviewing pathology results. You'll handle hospital correspondence related to medicine reconciliation, liaise with local pharmacies, and lead the practice's repeat prescription service. Participation in home visits and immunization initiatives is also required. Ideal candidates must be GPhC registered and possess excellent communication skills both verbally and written. A can-do attitude and a real desire to improve patient care are essential.
