Full Job Description

Provide 1st line technical support and assistance to end-users across the
Troubleshooting hardware and software issues, setting up and configuring computer systems, and assisting in the maintenance and management of the company's IT
Key point of contact for resolving IT-related problems, ensuring smooth operations, and contributing to the overall efficiency of the organisation., We aim to support our employees in achieving a healthy work-life balance. Shortlisting Process -
Each question is scored by a minimum of 2 people on the interview panel. Those applicants with the highest overall score and meet the essential criteria for the role, will progress through to the interview stage and then their application form will be considered too

Basic understanding of computer systems, networks and software
A willingness to learn from senior team members and contribute to team
Punctuality and reliability in fulfilling responsibilities and meeting
Minimum Grade 5 in GCSE English and Grade 4 in GCSE, You must have the right to work in the UK and valid residency status to apply for this apprenticeship., Disability Confident

Salary, Hours & Benefits:
£20,932 per annum Apprentices aged 18-20
£24,733 per annum Apprentices aged 21 +
Monday to Friday 8:30am - 4:30pm
25 days annual leave plus Bank Holidays
Local Government pension scheme
