In-house training and development Weekly dedicated lesson day in practice to support your qualification Buddy system - work closely with an experienced dentist and qualified nurse Early finish every Friday to support work-life balance Friendly, welcoming, and supportive team culture Free parking onsite The Role As a Trainee Dental Nurse, you'll learn how to: Support clinicians during a wide range of dental procedures Prepare and maintain clinical environments to a high standard Deliver excellent patient care and reassurance Decontaminate instruments and follow infection control protocols Develop your clinical skills alongside experienced professionals You'll gain real, practical experience while working towards your recognised dental nursing qualification. Your Training We're committed to your development: Structured, in-practice training programme One dedicated lesson day per week within the practice Ongoing mentorship from your assigned dentist and dental nurse "buddy" Full support to help you succeed in your coursework and exams
We're looking for someone who is: Passionate about starting a career in dentistry Caring, reliable, and eager to learn A great team player with strong communication skills Organised and committed to professional development No previous dental experience required - just the right attitude!, You will achieve a Level 3 qualification following an 18-24 month training programme. Before taking your end-point assessment, you must achieve level 2 English and Maths (equivalent to GCSEs at grades A
- to C) if you have not already achieved them and can provide evidence confirming this.
