Full Job Description

An exciting opportunity to join a well-established family butcher with an on-site abattoir. Gain hands-on experience across the full process, from preparation to finished product, while developing specialist butchery skills in a busy and supportive team environment.

Course: Butcher (level 2)

Level: 2

Route: Sales, marketing and procurement

Apprenticeship Level: Intermediate



Working Arrangements

Working Week: Working days and hours will be agreed at interview. Saturdays are essential as part of the 5-day week. Typical hours: Wednesday 5:30am - 4:00pm, Thursday 7:30am - 4:00pm, Friday 7:30am - 5:00pm, Saturday 7:30am - 1:00pm. Plus, one day per week will be spent at college.

Expected Duration: 1 Year 6 Months
