AI & Automation Engineer

This is a hands-on engineering role focused on delivery, learning and experimentation. You'll apply proven automation techniques today while helping the business progressively adopt modern AI, Copilot and agent-based approaches as part of an evolving data and technology landscape.,

• Design, build and support automation and AI-enabled solutions
• Develop and maintain RPA and traditional automation workflows
• Build APIs and integrations to connect systems and enable automation
• Work with modern data platforms to source, transform and serve high-quality data
• Embed data governance, quality and lineage into automated solutions
• Support responsible, ethical and transparent use of AI
• Work closely with technical and non-technical stakeholders to translate business problems into working solutions
  
  Experience or hands-on exposure to RPA or automation technologies
• Working knowledge of data warehousing concepts and data pipelines
• Experience integrating systems via APIs
• Familiarity with Microsoft automation and data platforms (e.g. Fabric, Data Factory, Copilot)
• Interest in AI, machine learning or agent-based approaches (commercial or experimental)
• Comfortable operating in a manufacturing or operational environment
