Full Job Description
We're currently supporting a healthcare provider in South West Hertfordshire who is looking for experienced Advanced Care Practitioners (ACPs) to join their clinical team.
If you're an autonomous, forward-thinking practitioner looking for your next opportunity with excellent hourly rates and flexibility, this could be a great fit., Master's Degree in Advanced Clinical Practice
-Minor Illness and Minor Injury qualifications
-Minimum 5 years' post-registration clinical experience
-At least 2 years' experience in Primary Care, A&E, Unscheduled Care, or a -related urgent care setting
-Confident and competent in seeing patients of all ages (children and adults)
-Registered ACP with Independent Prescribing (V300)
-Able to work autonomously and within multi-disciplinary teams
