Be at the heart of our operations in the vibrant Mill Road Therapy Centre, surrounded by a dedicated and friendly team of professionals. If you would like to work in a small Team but have a big impact, work closely with a tight-knit group of administrators who collaborate to ensure seamless support for our clinical teams and patients, then this is the role for you. Enjoy the stability of a full-time position with weekday hours--leaving your evenings and weekends free for you!, Consistent provision of administration support to the team.
To ensure high standard of administrative service is consistently delivered by undertaking all required tasks and activities on a daily basis. Tasks will include accepting patient referrals/booking clinic appointments/Patient contact via telephone/reception duties at various clinic locations/generating clinic letters.
To utilise the required technology in NEECS Community and Acute hospital systems / new technology or system (s) that are introduced and support other team members to do so to deliver an efficient administrative service.
