If you are a detail-oriented person who loves helping others, we are looking for anAdministratorto join our team inAshford & Canterbury. Your main focus will be:

  • Supporting our Clinicians:Providing efficient, high-quality administrative support to keep our services running smoothly.
  • Patient Connection:Being a confident, warm, and professional point of contact for our patients, ensuring they feel supported from the moment they get in touch.
  • Quality Control:Keeping an eye on the details to ensure all paperwork, scheduling, and admin tasks are completed to the highest standards
  • Ideally, you'll be educated to GCSE in Maths and English or equivalent and NVQ Level 2/RSA2 or equivalent.,
  • With experience in MS Office, you'll know your way around Outlook, Excel & Word, and previous audio typing experience is a bonus.
  • Able to stay calm and professional at all times, you'll always make sure that you put the needs of our patients at the fore.
  • Liaising with other internal departments
  • Photocopying
  • Preparation of variety of documents and correspondence from digital dictation or notes
  • Printing information in spreadsheet or report format as required
  • Likely to process confidential information
  • Laminating of posters or reports and binding as appropriate
  • Booking of appointments
  • Arranging and minuting meetings
