Full Job Description

Working four full days (8-4) per week. Some flexibility possible to offer regular working patterns across our hours of delivery. Would you like an opportunity to work in administration in of our busy Wheelchair Service? If so, then this role could be for you. We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated individual to join our busy and well-established team that provides an efficient Wheelchair service to referrers and their clients. Employment on a time limited visa doesn't guarantee sponsorship at point of expiry.Main duties of the job The role will involve a variety of administrative tasks as set out in the job description. Working closely with both the clinical and administration teams, duties will include dealing with telephone and personal callers to the service, arranging deliveries/collections, booking appointments, processing referrals to the service and general office housekeeping tasks. Responsibilities will include maintaining full computer records as required.

The applicant will be expected to have good interpersonal and IT skills and be willing to learn and develop within the team. Full training on all systems will be provided.
