About the Role Working with the global market-leading TENA® brand, you will be responsible for both winning new business and growing existing accounts across Acute and Home Delivery channels. This is a highly varied role where you'll partner with clinicians, supporting them to select the most appropriate continence solutions to deliver the best outcomes for patients, customers and Essity. This is a permanent, full-time position covering the South West of England, reporting into the Regional Sales Manager. We're looking for people who are confident challenging the status quo, open to new ideas, and motivated to continuously improve - both for our customers and ourselves. What You Will Do
- Build a deep understanding of customer needs within the Home Delivery (primary care) sector
- Identify and secure new business opportunities within the acute setting
- Deliver engaging product and educational training both remotely and face-to-face
- Use CRM tools and customer segmentation to plan and manage your territory effectively
- Develop and execute Territory Business Plans, tracking and optimising performance
- Leverage marketing campaigns to drive engagement and sales outcomes
- Analyse monthly performance data to identify growth opportunities, risks and trends
You'll bring a strong mix of clinical understanding and commercial focus, with a passion for delivering better patient outcomes. Ideally, you are: - A confident relationship builder and communicator
- Commercially driven with a proactive sales mindset
- Highly organised with strong planning skills
- A confident presenter and trainer
- Analytical and comfortable working with data
- Skilled at influencing a variety of stakeholders
- Experienced in delivering engaging virtual sessions (e.g. via Teams)
- Bringing clinical experience, knowledge or background ideally from a clinical nursing background, You will need to live within the territory and be able to travel regularly, including occasional overnight stays. A full UK driving licence is required.
