Account Manager

We're looking for a proactive, energetic Account Manager to join our busy Tactical team at REL Field Marketing. This is field marketing at its fastest, managing multiple client briefs, same-week activations, and tight deadlines, all while maintaining exceptional relationships. If you love working at pace, solving problems, and making things happen, this is the role for you. Move fast. Stay sharp. Deliver big. What You'll Do:

• Manage multiple client campaigns from start to finish
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and internal teams
• Lead communication across projects, ensuring clarity and trust
• Manage budgets effectively and optimise resource allocation
• Create Statements of Work, budgets, and Terms & Conditions for all client activity
• Ensure timely invoicing and accurate financial reporting
• Deliver campaign results, insights, and recommendations
• Identify opportunities for continuous improvement and growth
• Provide regular updates to your Account Director or Business Unit Director
  
  Are you an experienced Account Manager with a background in field marketing, brand activation, or FMCG?
Do you thrive in fast-paced environments, managing multiple campaigns and clients with ease?,
• Minimum 2 years' experience in tactical, strategic, or client account management
• Background in field marketing, FMCG, or brand activation
• Strong ownership, accountability, and problem-solving skills
• Confident using Microsoft Excel (PivotTables, VLOOKUP) and managing budgets
• Organised, calm under pressure, and able to juggle competing priorities
