Are you an inspiring Account Director ready to make your mark in Field Marketing? You'll take ownership of account strategy, financial performance, and day-to-day delivery ensuring everything runs seamlessly, efficiently, and with purpose. Leading talented teams and building trusted relationships, you'll play a pivotal role in delivering outstanding results that make a real difference. What you'll do

  • Drive the account strategy to deliver growth and customer satisfaction
  • Inspire and develop your team to perform at their best
  • Oversee budgets, forecasts, and performance with accuracy and confidence
  • Build strong, trusted relationships with customers and internal stakeholders
  • Identify opportunities for innovation and continuous improvement
  • Ensure operations are efficient, compliant, and commercially aligned

    Experience - Proven track record in an Account Director role in Field Marketing, FMCG, or a related agency setting
  • Leadership - People-focused with strong commercial accumen and a partnership mindset
  • Organised & analytical - Able to manage complexity and prioritise in a deadline-driven setting
  • Energy, pace & passion - Driven resilient, and bring a can-do attitude every single day
