Together is a great place to work. And it’s not just because we’re one of the UK’s oldest and most respected mental health charities. It’s because we put the people who use our services at the heart of everything we do - supporting and enabling them to take control of their lives and make a positive contribution to the community.

At Together, we deliver housing-related mental health community support services across Norfolk. The Norfolk service provides county-wide support to adults with mental health needs – including individuals with severe mental health problems and complex needs – to access and maintain accommodation.
We are now hiring 2 fixed term Wellbeing Workers to take on the challenging and rewarding task of supporting people who have mental health concerns and housing-related support needs. You will be working with individuals to identify and make changes in all areas of their lives to improve their wellbeing and support them to live independently in their local community.
We focus on delivering our service out in the community, so minimum time is spent in an office. We work to develop the independence and self-reliance of our service users, who we support through sharing their journey. DBS check required.
In return we offer a friendly & dynamic working environment, competitive pay & a great range of benefits.
