Visitor Experience Manager
Permanent part-time £22,000-£25,000 pro-rata.
4 days / week on fortnightly rota including alternate weekends.
Working at Britain’s foremost historic cemetery, you’ll help run our visitor operations and events and maintain high standards of service at all times so that visitors receive an exceptional experience. You will be working alongside our great team of friendly volunteers and helping them deliver their best. You’ll also provide administrative support in the office to keep everything running smoothly.
You will already have been successful managing a team in a customer-facing role, preferably in retail, catering, hospitality or tourism. Outgoing and friendly, you have a natural authority and remain calm under pressure. You will relish working in a historic cemetery and be keen to learn more about it.
Flexibility is required to cover for special events and late openings. Being local is an advantage.
