Meldreth Manor Children’s Home and Orchard Manor Transition service, located in Meldreth, South Cambridgeshire, is a 52 week residential placement for children and young adults with complex needs. We are now looking for the following people to join us.


Support Workers

Meldreth Manor Children’s Home

You will support children aged 6-19 years with complex needs in a home and school environment, promoting dignity and choice to further individual development. Various hours including weekends and nights, starting salary £8.01 per hour.

Orchard Manor Transition Service for Young Adults

You will support young adults with complex needs to continue their personal development towards independence. Promoting choice, dignity and control to shape their future, you’ll be working as part of a team supporting people with social activities, training, shopping and personal care. Various hours including weekends and nights, starting salary £8.01 per hour.
