Senior Management Team (SMT) Administrator
Full Time - 37 hours per week throughout the year
Part Time 18.5 per week throughout the year (hours to be agreed)
£22,494 to £26,052 per annum

The University wishes to appoint a highly motivated administrator to provide a comprehensive administrative service to support the Deans of Faculty and office of the Pro Vice-Chancellor (Academic). The successful candidate will be an experienced administrator who is used to working in a busy office environment.
You will be a highly organised individual with excellent communication skills, able to plan and prioritise work effectively in an environment with demanding deadlines. You will also be highly proficient in working with Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel and Outlook. You will have experience of managing diaries using electronic systems and be used to dealing with a high volume of enquiries on a day-to-day basis efficiently and professionally. You will also be able to demonstrate experience of committee servicing and document preparation.
