You will be responsible for assisting the sales team.
You role will include, but is not limited to:
Assisting with lead generation
Assisting in the sales process
Calling & emailing prospects and customers
Assisting with the preparation of sales and marketing plans
Despatch of marketing materials & follow up
Assisting with producing reports
Raising invoice requests
Database updating and record keeping
General office administration
Hours of work - 40 hours per week, 5 days a week, 9am - 5.30pm
Qualifications & Skills required - Maths and English at GCSE grades A-C preferred (or equivalents). Need to have excellent communication skills.
Training via City College Norwich leading to the BIIAB Level 2 Diploma in Customer Service, Employment Rights and Responsibilities (ERR) and Functional Skills in Maths and English over a 14-18 month period.
