The Hotel Receptionist is responsible for providing a friendly, welcoming and efficient service to all hotel guests. As a Receptionist, your main responsibilities will include but are not limited to the following; * Responding courteously to guests individual needs * Play a vital part in the general running of the Reception Desk * Help maintain a smooth and efficient bookings service.
We require somebody with a warm and welcoming approach, and excellent attention to detail. You must be a fast learner, able to think on your feet, and possess the ability to remain calm in a pressurised environment. High standards of presentation are important, and you must have excellent interpersonal skills, pleasant telephone manner. Full training will be given.
